SAVA awarded TSA Secure Flight Contract
SAVA Workforce Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of enterprise IT and mission support systems for the defense, law enforcement and intelligence community was awarded a contract to provide Customer Support Agent staffing and support for the TSA’s Secure Flight Program. SAVA’s agents conduct prescreening of passenger information against federal government watch lists for domestic and international flights. A fair, equitable, and consistent matching process is provided across all airlines to reduce instances of misidentified individuals. SAVA supports the TSA at Secure Flight Resolution Centers in Annapolis Junction, Maryland and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
