SAVA Awarded Information Technology Contract from United States Army
SAVA announced today that it was awarded a contract for information technology (IT) support for U.S. Army-Europe. This two-year contract adds to SAVA’s growing Army portfolio, which also includes IT work in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, both in the U.S. and in Iraq.
Under the terms of the agreement, SAVA will develop an automated system to support U.S. Army-Europe’s contract management & requirement validation processes. This system will also include an automated executive dashboard for use by USAREUR Executive Management.
“We understand that cost-effective IT infrastructure support is crucial to the Army’s mission” said David Poirier, General Manager of SAVA. “SAVA has quickly built a reputation for successful service delivery to defense, law enforcement and intelligence agencies. We look forward to playing a key role in helping USAREUR increase efficiency and effectiveness, while reducing IT services costs.”
