SAVA to participate in the FBI CJIS “A Vision for DNA in the Booking Environment” briefing on 11/13/2014 in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

On November 13, 2014, members of SAVA’s Law Enforcement and Security team will attend the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) briefing at the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, located in Clarksburg, WV. The purpose of the briefing is to learn about the FBI’s vision for incorporating Rapid DNA Technology for the analysis of DNA samples taken in the booking environment. Attendees will learn about the FBI Laboratory and CJIS Divisions’ efforts to streamline and automate law enforcement’s DNA collection processes.

    SAVA’s DEA Service Desk technicians have improved first call resolution from 30% to 60% over the previous contractor’s performance. Over the last 3 years SAVA has consistently achieved 60% first call resolution, which exceeds the requirements of the contract’s Service Level Agreement.
